23 State Attorneys General wrote a letter to Congress highlighting their concerns about copycat THC edible products made to look like popular candies or snack foods that can easily be confused by kids for the real thing.

The AGs urge Congress to enact legislation allowing trademark holders for the brands being copied to hold accountable the malicious copycats and protect children from ingesting what they think are harmless products but in fact are astoundingly dangerous.
